I think the rooms has some bugs...and breakfast was very ordinary... The breakfast hall was smelling foul and my daughters didn't dropin for their breakfast too.

Good Location

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The carpet was dirty, there was hair on the table, and, most concerning, I found a needle on the floor. Finding a sharp object in the room is a serious safety hazard and completely unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately and would appreciate appropriate compensation for this experience. Despite bringing these serious cleanliness and safety issues to the attention of the staff, no compensation was offered.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, ROOM WAS A GREAT SIZE, PRICING WAS GREAT, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. LOCATION WAS PERFECT! IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE FALLS FOR THE FIRST TIME I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

THE BEDDING HAD SOMETHING ON IT, UNSURE WHAT IT WAS, BUT THE FRONT DESK TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY!

The location is convenient.

the building is quite old and appears to have had little to no renovation. We were unable to use the pool due to concerns about the water quality. There was often a long wait for the elevator, as the building has only one outdated elevator. The breakfast was disappointing, and it is served in the basement, where the unpleasant smell made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
