Comfort Inn Kingston - Highway 401

We enjoyed a very clean updated room. They were able to accommodate our request to be next to my mother who used a walker. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great with hot and cold offerings. The breakfast staff was friendly courteous and went out of their way to make sure you well fed. The hotel it self was clean. Loacation close to hwy and shopping and not far from the downtown area.

Our bathroom fan was not working but not an issue for over night stay. We reported it the next morning so it could be repaired for the next guest.

Le lit était confortable, la chambre sentait bon à l'arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié de plus le personnel alimentait régulièrement les aliments. Agréablement surpris par l'insonorisation de la chambre, on a passé une bonne nuit.

Incapable de contrôler la température de la pièce. La pomme de douche ne fonctionnait pas bien, elle éclaboussait de partout, vraiment pas agréable de prendre une douche. Prix élevé pour la qualité de la chambre.

The layout of the room was very good, the fridge worked well and the bed was comfy.

The shower did not pull all the water from the tap into the shower hose. So half the water went through the tub faucet, half through the shower. As a result the shower stream was not ideal.

Everything was just wonderful

Miserable and inhospitable male receptionist on Friday 10 October around 5.50pm. I think he wad an Irish guy. Why TF are they hiring cold quiet emotionless and inhospitable people at a HOTEL?!! Seriously, fix this. The guy had a chip on his shoulder probably after seeing we weren't white. There are 1000s of other immigrants that can do a better job.

breakfast was as expected with a selection of cereals, eggs, sausages, toast yogurts and fruit. all I needed.

all good
