Clean room, nice beds.

Noisy at night, people arriving after midnight, big vehicles backing up with beeping sounds. The breakfast was cheap and boring: scrambled eggs and sausage patty tasted bland. No porridge, no ketchup, no salsa. The coffee dispenser machine made watery coffee. Apple juice also watery.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good.

There is NO ELEVATOR!!! This fact was not listed in your description and it came as a bit of a shock that we had to carry our luggage and bags up stairs and push our way through two 100 pound fire doors. We asked about a main floor room and 'they were all reserved'.

"Room and breakfast are good. Not the check-in process."

The bed was comfy and breakfast was very good.

My booking prepaid réservation wasn't enough for them. They insisted to check my ID (while they aren't qualified to check it correctly) They wanted to copy my credit card details (which is risky for me)
