I like the peoples worked there and the local close to the transportation

The hotel charged $40 to park in a small alleyway and insisted on taking my car keys even though we were the first car in the very narrow space so there was no need for them to keep the key. Also, there was a cockroach in the bathroom sink and the bed didn't have a top sheet, so there was nothing in between us and the comforter, which probably isn't washed after every guest stay. This was unacceptably disgusting.

The Staff, especially Sammy, was very friendly and attentive to my mother's needs and mine. He made our stay very Special!! The Hotel was clean inside and the breakfast was abundant! The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom and Shower were very small. Unfortunately, too many stairs for an older person and unkept property on the outside and especially on the back entrance.It can be very dangerous. In need of Maintenance. The Location is very convenient, close to Metro and Rue St.Denis. Good Value for Your Money,Only Too Many Stairs !!!

Its a good spot for transportation

Staff was friendly but the room I got had a few flickering lights and was right by the front desk so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Yes, I booked the smallest room for 2 travelers, but the room was too small compared to what I could see in the photos. Basically, you had to open the door and almost jump on your bed. Also, the hotel is old so do not expect an elevator. Otherwise, it was a good experience in the heart of Montreal. BF was good.

Room was too small and very limited options in breakfast against the price they charged.

Great stay

This is an older hotel and I believe they have recently changed hands. The public areas were dirty with supplies laying around on the floor, the rooms were not very clean and the AC worked on and off. We had a small room, but maybe the larger rooms were in better shape.

The hotel has no elevator and the room booked was on the third floor. The hotel was very dirty and there were homeless people seating at the entrance and upon asking the staff to atleast ask them to move aside. They did not do anything.
