I loved how cleanliness of our room on a daily basis and the overall hotel. The location was convenient to everything as well!

Breakfast was good but it could have been better. It took a while to replace certain dishes after it ran out.

After a tough time convincing the desk manager that the original room they gave me had a broken AC unit, he did finally change my room although one next to the elevator, but it was fine.

The original room (221 I think) had an AC unit that lacked freon, the smell in the room was a tell, it smelled like foul damp air, typical when a unit goes bad. The desk said I was wrong and that it was the setting on the AC unit, which was not true as I am a technical rep and know this stuff. I didn't like that treatment, as if I was foolishly suggesting the unit was bad, felt that the desk was giving in to my ignorance. The second room was fine, the settings on the AC were the same (74 degrees) and there was no smell in the room. I was cordial as we left and thanked the desk for his help, but the encounter was not professional as he made me feel like I was wrong, when I wasn't.

The breakfast was great nicely arranged and plentiful. Good choices and the coffee was hot. The others guest qe came in contact with were friendly and respectful. Definitely would stay here again
