Upon check-in a valid credit card with matching I.D. must be presented. When traveling with dogs only, please note that an extra charge of $20 per dog, per night applies, based on room availability. Please also note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed. A deposit of $100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card only. The refundable deposit will be put back on your credit card within 7 days of check out. Guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after making a reservation. Due to cancelation policy, 1 night room & Tax will be collected 24 hours in advance of arrival Reservations with Invalid credit cards will be canceled by 4p of arrival date. In order to continue our Green Initiative we will be constructing carports with Solar panels. From December 1st to December 31st, 2025, parking will be limited due to carport construction. We will offer off-site parking within walking distance. We apologize for any inconvenience.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
