The team from the Manager down can not do enough to please and look to make everything to a very high standard. Very welcoming and kind making the stay very pleasant.

great toons. Brilliant views from the terrace where you can eat and drink. They have a shuttle to the train station and you can get the train to Sorento in ten mins

We enjoyed having breakfast with the view of Mt Vesuvius. Location close to Sorrento so it was good we had our own car to go around. One issue though was the airconditioning in the room of my mother that was not cold. We reported it on Day 1 but the problem with the A/C was not fixed until check out. Suggest that they do regular maintenance specially that we stayed there in the summer.

We had such a great experience here! The train was a bit tricky (get off at Seiano, NOT Sorrento) but with quick email responses from Angela, she was able to guide us to the correct stop. The complimentary shuttle service was a godsend because those AMAZING cliffside views were not only jaw dropping beautiful but terrifying at times so I was grateful to not drive there, haha! Our driver was also very warm, welcoming and kind. Made us feel so at home and welcomed! The restaurant was incredibly delicious for dinner and for breakfast the next day. My son enjoyed the fact that there was a pool, while I enjoyed taking in the views of the Sorrento coast, Island of Capri and Mt. freakin' Vesuvius on the horizon!! AMAZING!! Our room was so cool and unique! It has a second story loft inside the room, a double door balcony that when I pulled back the curtains, I nearly fell to my knees in utter shock from how incredible the view was, so hard to believe!! There are gardens with vegetables, olive and lemon trees, gorgeous cascading flowers and vines. So cool! My only regret is that we were only able to stay one night because I swear, I could live there happily for the rest of my life! Book a room here, you will NOT regret it!! :)

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The pool is no more than an above ground large tub that is full of dead bugs and hair. We had to change our room due to the inability to access the wifi, making it impossible to do any research or send emails from the room. The original room was also very loud as it was right on the highway with no noise-cancelling windows, which made sleeping very difficult. The new room we were given due to the inefficient wifi was much quieter, however the morning of our departure the water stopped working; we couldn’t shower before flying back to the States!
