Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club

Beautiful grounds and not too far from the airport and city. The food was really good.

We were on the top floor and with a tiny window it got a bit hot and stuffy. It was unseasonably warm when we visited. Lower floors seemed cooler.

breakfast was very good, would like to go back.

Tolle Anlage, wunderschöner Golfplatz mit altem Baumbestand mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Nette Bar, wir haben in freien gegessen und Bier, Cocktail genossen. Alte Häuser haben etwas verwinkelte enge Gänge, aber es gibt mehrere Lifte und man muss nichts schleppen.

The location is exceptional. The condition of the golf field is perfect. Views are spectacular. You could start hours on end.

The level of the food does not correspond to the level of hotel. The food is super primitive, so primitive that I was literally shocked. Such breakfast could take place in 2 stars hotel but not in such place. The restaurants are closing even before that it’s indicated at 21:45 (super early) so it’s also does not correspond to the level of hotel. The level of care about internal part of the hotel does not correspond to the level of exterior. It looks like they have different owners. The walls and radiators are in bad condition and need renovation. What I also did not like is that they ask 5 pounds for adapter and it’s super strange and disappointing.

J'ai énormément apprécié le cadre et le bâtiment en lui-même qui était magnifique. Le bar a cocktail était un vraiment sympathique et avec des prix très corrects pour le lieu et le cadre. Les lits étaient particulièrement confortables et le personnel tout à fait à l'écoute.

Nous nous déplaçions beaucoup en bus et il fallait marché un peu pour atteindre l'arrêt le plus proche. Malgré tout, marcher dans un aussi joli cadre avec le golf et les chevaux n'était pas plus dérangeant que ça.
