The staff at some bars specially at pool . Do not attend me with the right way , make me wait too much. Do not clean properly the counters even water was split .

We chose the Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Boutique Resort largely based on the photos shown online — especially the beach setup with chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, that image is misleading. There are currently NO chairs or umbrellas on the beach at all. During our stay, we were told this is because the hotel does not have the proper permits in place to provide them. This may have been available in the past, but it is not the current reality — and this is not clearly communicated anywhere when booking. As a result, there is no shade and no place to sit at the beach, which makes it very difficult to spend time there comfortably in the heat. This was a major disappointment and significantly impacted our stay. In fact, we ended up having to take a $40 taxi to Walmart just to buy our own umbrella (another $40 expense), which is unreasonable considering we already paid thousands of dollars for a beachfront resort experience. The rest of the property also feels under-resourced: Not enough chairs at the pools Towels run out quickly Loud music at the pool makes it almost impossible to relax Very limited food options Food prices are extremely high (airport-level expensive) The “included continental breakfast” is very disappointing: basic bread, yogurt, and tasteless fruit — no buffet, no variety Room experience was also below expectations: Pillows are uncomfortably high Our room was not cleaned on the second day; we were told they were short-staffed On top of that, I had an allergic reaction and there was no antihistamine available anywhere on property — not even for purchase. Overall, this is not a relaxing beach resort experience. It feels understaffed, under-resourced, and misrepresented online. If you are traveling to Puerto Rico for a true beach vacation, this is NOT the place.
