Hubo una actividad musical la noche del Miércoles que apenas pude dormir ( mi habitación era la # 36 ). El servicio de agua caliente en la ducha fue muy pobre. Por lo demás estuvo bien . Todos los empleados fueron muy atentos y amables. Eso compenzó lo poco negativo que antes mencioné.

The room did not has hot water and they put us in a room that we bender to go up 2 levels and go down one level and we have a baby, cleaning was super bad

Nothing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.

Unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what is expected from a 4-star hotel in a large international chain. We paid over $700 per night for 4nights, and inless than 24 hours it was already clear that the hotel does not meet basic standards of comfort, service, or management. The room has a severe humidity and condensation problem. If the air conditioning is not running 24 hours a day at very low temperatures (17–21°C), the floor becomes wet due to condensation. This creates an unacceptable situation, because we are traveling with a 10-month-old baby, so a wet floor is unsafe and unhygienic; and we cannot keep the AC running constantly at such low temperatures without affecting his health. The room becomes uncomfortably cold during the day, making it unpleasant to stay in. In short, we are forced to choose between dangerous humidity or excessive cold, which is completely unacceptable. Beach: There was only one umbrella for all guests (yes, incredible!) This is incomprehensible given the price, especially when traveling with small children who cannot be exposed to the sun for long periods. Pool: On both occasions we tried to use the pool, no towels were available. This is a basic service that should be guaranteed at all times. Room: There are no electrical outlets next to the bed, which is a very basic standard nowadays. Although the sheets looked clean, there was sand in the bed, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning control. The exterior area of the room, was dirty and not properly cleaned. Breakfast far below 4-star standards. Was very poor and limited for a hotel of this level. Even basic items like a omelet required an extra charge, which is shocking considering the room rate and the brand. The staff consistently provided contradictory information. Example, my husband was told that the gym opened at 6:00 am, so he set his alarm to be there on time — only to discover that the gym did not open until 10:00 am.

Make sure you check with them for rental car options. We stayed. For 6 days . Breakfast options are limited but do explore the area for options. Overall, a fun place to relax but you will need a rental car to get anywhere on the island and see places.Food and drink prices will quickly add up. It’s definitely not a cheap place.plan accordingly.

I stayed at the hotel and from beginning to end the number 1 experience was Adrian, the front desk clerk. Other than that the landscape crew works while you are trying to relax by the pool, weed whacking wildly and then blowing debris, the chair person doesn’t put chairs on the beach till noon and the maid doesn’t sweep the floors in your room. The beach is not swimmable but the gated community is a nice feature is u can secure a golf cart otherwise it’s a hurdle. Visit pure vida a must restaurant in the plaza and visit the marina the restaurant this is a must. If your motivated go to the lookout tower but only if u have plenty of energy and time

There are not the right words to describe what a amazing staff this hotel has working at this location. Each any every one is focused on a great guest experience. IN a work of beige color, they are vivid color!

Great stay! I would absolutely stay here again. The facility was clean and the staff was incredible. Everyone was very friendly. I have to take a moment to acknowledge Jonathan Castro and Stephanie Suarez. Each of them made us feel like family from the day we arrived. They were so helpful by making recommendations for the type of things we were looking for. We rented a golf cart $95/day and enjoyed some off site restaurants, but the food at resort was delicious. Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff- I don't ask for much more than that and Wyndham Palmas delivered!
