Affordable location was great close to where I had to go

Everything was ok nothing to dislike

The location and convenience of the hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are pleasant.

We liked where the hotel is situated. We were close to the Auckland hospital & it was very easy to find other places of interest. We were made to feel welcome by the receptionist, and we were grateful for her help - carrying our bags up the stairs and onto the luggage trolley. We were very comfortable in our room.

The only thing we didn't like was the proximity of the toilet / bathroom - to the dining area.

It was a very clean and tidy room extremely impressive, especially for the price. I would most certainly use this hotel again. Plus, I can park my car there for the night 🌙.

My only complaint is that there was no air-conditioned but apart from that it was reasonable great value for money.

The bathroom has no ventilation and the toilet seat is annoying, the door couldn’t be fully locked and the building needed renovation

I asked for a blanket at check in and it was in my room before me.

Everything was ok.

Dans ma chambre il y avait des blattes je l’ai signalé à la réception qui m’a tout simplement répondu que c’était courant, oui ils en avaient « c’était sûrement dû à la météo l’humidité ». La dame s’est tout simplement moquée de moi étant dit qu’elle en avait elle même chez elle et que c’était ok!
