"Don't waste your money on this Motel 6 or with Booking.com"

The fact that I was able to get a partial refund and leave early.

It's in a bad area, the room was dirty, the comforter had a bunch of cigarette burns in it, the bathroom sink was dirty, the faucet was loose, the bath tub was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the light switch in the bathroom was broken, the outlet by the bathroom sink was not fastened to the wall, a bunch of other outlets did not work, the room had poor lighting, the vending machine did not work, never seen an ice machine, the pool was closed, there was a lot of shady people hanging around the motel all night (so shady that I didn't trust having my car there so I had to stay awake to keep checking on it), and I am absolutely sure that someone was selling drugs out of one of the rooms. As bad as all that was, when I reached out to booking.com about my concerns they did nothing but send an email to the property (which the property manager doesn't have access to). So basically booking.com did nothing to help thier customer. The first time I was able to take a vacation in over a decade and it was horrible due to believing booking.com had standards. They obviously do not.

Good staff

Dirty bathroom floors ,bathtub was a bad patchwork of repairs, faucet in tub dripping, toilet paper holder rusty and not able to turn. The upstairs floor units were load and every footstep was a pounding almost slamming noise until after midnight and from 6:00 am. No soundproofing and squeezing of floorboards. I stayed for over 2 weeks and seldom got more than 5 hours sleep. Due to the low rental price it was a draw to a lower economic level of tenants. A one star rating .

"did not end up staying"

only thing that was decent was the housekeeper.

property was terrible. first glance inside room, NOTHING like the photos. Door did not fully close, security look on top of door was broken, ac was smashed in, dirty sheets, dirty floors, stained furniture, skid marks in toilet and shower looked like it had mold that was painted over
