The property was actually horrible. The bathroom light didn’t work. The door was cracked. It just was not a good place and it didn’t seem safe.

"Was too unsafe to stay due to criminal activity."

Nothing

When family got to the motel the room looked vandalized and it appeared the door had been kicked in at some point. There was a heavy police presence on the grounds that advised my family not to stay there. Motel staff was uncooperative in cancelling the room.

Nothing really.

Run down. Dirty floors. Had to was feet before putting on socks and shoes. Dimly lit. Police and SWAT called to deal with customer and a gun shot.

"We left and got a different hotel."

I’m pretty sure the room hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest. I was afraid if I used the shower I would be more dirty than when I started. Its right off a main road, and a lot of transient folks were walking through the parking lot yelling at guests who were outside their rooms. Guests were also talking loudly outside their rooms.
