Great location, good value for money. Rooms are cute.

No elevator (at least not that we saw one). Room very noisy due to late night music from the restaurant/bar, but we were tired so could sleep through it

Excellent location and eco approach. Breakfast was very good, an excellent selection of foods available. Huge thanks to breakfast staff Shine & Lucio, for their personal and professional service, help and kindness during our stay. Exceptional.

Hotel management & reception could do better. There is an absence of customer focus. It’s all about the hotel. Guests are just something that stay there. The hotel is also Undergoing extensive building work. Oh, and how can I forget our room - the honeymoon suite - which is just a larger room. It’s all about the ambience - of which there was none in the Honeymoon suite. No nicely shaped towels - a flower or scattered rose petals. It’s all about the romance!! Why else book a ‘honeymoon’ suite. Then there’s the pool towels arrangements………..

Lovedw our stay at Pakasai! Right in the middle of tourist central of Ao Nang, yet felt quiet and secluded! Within walking distance of beach, restaurants tourist shopping, excursions. Beautiful pool, beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, nice linens. Pakasai even stored our luggage for us for a couple days while we went on a 2 night trip to Railay Great Resort. Our host Lucho and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! Lucho, head of the breakfast dining was so wonderful! So kind, very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we wanted or needed! He shared wonderful stories and we really enjoyed interacting with him! Lucho truly made us feel so welcome and special! Our stay would not have been so wonderful without Lucho! The food was wonderful too! Huge variety of international cuisine! Loved it!

The pool was not cool enough to cool you down, also, guests would get up early to hold shaded lounge chairs to occupy and then never use them🫤
