We really enjoyed our stay at Pakasai Resort. The location is excellent, close to everything yet still very peaceful. We loved that it’s an eco-friendly hotel, and the atmosphere feels like a jungle in the middle of the city, which makes it very unique and relaxing. The breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. Also, the bed was amazing—very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep.

One aspect we didn’t particularly like was that the room was not cleaned every day. While we understand and appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly approach, we would have preferred more consistent housekeeping during our stay.

L’établissement est en plein centre au cœur de Krabi et pourtant c’est un véritable écrin de verdure. Très calme, très nature. Parfait Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié au calme !

The pool area was nice. The breakfast was good. They had a good spread of food and adequate for breakfast. We also liked the hotel has plenty of trees and occasionally had some monkeys on the trees. The location was also perfect.

We didn't like the initial room we booked. We were assigned to a room that has trash bins as a view. I don't think this is ever appropriate for a resort to have rooms facing trash bins! We were then forced to upgrade our room (with additional costs). We got to our upgraded room and we were met with construction outside our balcony every single day for 7 days. So, we were constantly bombarded with noise of drills and hammering for a week
