Fabulous hotel. Very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere but in a great location close to the main area. Our room was very spacious and so comfortable. Dining facilities were fabulous and food was great. Staff extremely friendly and obliging. Can’t fault this hotel.

"Fabulous hotel surrounded by nature."

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. In a great location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and the night market but it always felt peaceful and quiet in the hotel. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t a problem for us but there are quite a lot of steps to walk up to access many of the rooms so you should bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues.

"The hotel looks great, but the convenience and value are not there."

Pakasai is a beautiful hotel with amazing views, but overall the experience was frustrating and not worth the price we paid.

The biggest issue is the location — the hotel is built on a cliff, so you can’t really move around freely. You are forced to rely on golf carts to go anywhere, and they often take a long time to arrive, which becomes very annoying. Simple things like going to breakfast or returning to your room take much longer than they should. We also paid for the all-inclusive package expecting to fully enjoy the hotel without worrying about extra charges. However, we were surprised to find out that the all-inclusive menu was very limited, basically a half menu with mostly cheap and basic dishes. Most of the better options were not included, which defeats the whole point of paying for all inclusive. On top of that, the breakfast was the same every single day, with no variety, and honestly it wasn’t even that good. After a couple of days it became repetitive and disappointing.

"Tropical paradise in the middle of Ao Nang to reset and recharge. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

We were amazed by the property - located in the heart of Ao Nang, yet once you enter the resort you are in the middle of tropical forest. The peacefulness that radiates from this place is mesmerizing. The room was spacious and well equipped. Also, the staff was very helpful and answered all questions during our stay.

The furniture in the room could be a bit updated but other than that everything was amazing.
