Colour Hotel

Have to ask for towels sometimes, to noisy with constante doors opening from other rooms, staff in reception not friendly most of the times with that expression in the faces that looks like everybody owns them and nobody pays!

It worked well for me. They offer a nice breakfast, free wireless, and reasonable rates.right across the street from the main train station.

Just what I needed for my one night stay in Frankfurt. It was clean, the location was very easy to find, and my room was even ready early. Got a good night's sleep there. Loved that Wifi was included.

We have stayed at the Colour Hotel many times over the last 7 or 8 years because it is a good value, in a great location, has a good breakfast, is clean and has good service. While it's still clean with good service, the hotel is starting to get "rough around the edges" - faucets that don't turn smoothly, window mechanisms that are noticeably not as tight as when new, lights that flicker - things like that. We would definitely stay again, but the management needs to do a walk-through and get some basic maintenance completed soon.

Okay value for the money, convenient location, rooms facing the street very noisy.

Although the hotel was convenient to the train station we were disappointed with the postage stamp size room. We reserved and paid for a superior double and I think we got a substandard tiny room. So small we could not even get our suitcase into the room comfortably.

Welcomed by a very unfriendly receptionist. Seriously stained carpets in the lobby and the hallway. The room was quite dirty. Hairs in the shower, something sticky on the night stand, a dust layer on the base boards, sink dirty. I was disgusted. The bed was and sure enough caused me back pain. I would give this place 2 stars maximum.

Very clean, small room, great for the price. I don't know what the negative reviewers were expecting -- for me it was perfect. Right across the street from the railway station. Toilet is shared, but there's a sink in the room for washing. Wifi works well.
