Colour Hotel

I expected a no-frills room for the price, but the room was very very very small, as was the bed. Florescent lights and springs in the mattress added to the third-world feel. Not a hotel room to hang out in, but it served it's purpose.

Very convenient short stay Frankfurt hotel a couple of minutes walk from main station. Good acess to many transport options and walking into central city.

The hotel is good in term of value for money and accessibility to the railway station, which was the reason I chose it. However, a single room is really tiny, with barely enough space to put a suitcase next to the bed. The bed was against the elevator wall, so every time the elevator was used the wall would shake. The website was also unclear about the fact that it is a shared bathroom - the specification was "partially open bathroom", which gave the impression of an en-suite, but in fact it was just a sink in the room, while the toilet and shower were across the corridor and shared. The room was clean but the common toilet and shower were less so. I would choose the hotel only due to its proximity to the railway station, but there are others around to try.

The Hotel is near main staion and the location is very noisy. The noise was a bit annoying during our stay because our room was looking to the main street and windows were not enogh seeled. Alltogehter hotel is a comfort according to money you spend.

The location was very good with access to everything. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was simple but had space to move beds together, etc. Bathroom was nice with bathtub/shower combo. Breakfast was very good. The train station is a bit noisy if your room faces street. Would stay there again next time I'm in town.

I stayed one night while traveling to the US from Strasbourg. The hotel is under five minutes on foot to the central train station, from which you can take the S-bahn to the airport. The room was small, but clean, and staff were professional. The price was excellent. Wifi seemed a little slow, but it wasn't a real problem. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

"Minimalist" is the best word I can use to describe this hotel - and this is coming from a guy who spent two weeks in Europe with a wife and two kids on just two carry-on-size backpacks. We requested a family room and got one with four twin-size beds. The furnishings were sparse. The towel rack in the bathroom was laying on the floor. The hotel felt like it was converted into a hotel from a warehouse or office building - it was not created as a hotel. The room key was on a large, plastic paddle - reminiscent of a key to the restroom at a seedy gas station - it was not convenient to put in your pocket, and that was the point. I've never been to a hotel where they ask you to hand in the key to the front desk when you leave the hotel. THere is no safe in the room, so telling strangers when my room is unoccupied and giving them the key to all my stuff is disconcerting. On a positive note, I will say that the breakfast is good.

Everything is great except that there is no fan or air conditioner in room, so it's rather hot during summer.

Can walk from Frankfurt HBF. Room size is OK for myself and clean. But i think it's noisy sometime.
