Animation team were the only good part about the holiday

The day before we got there we were told most of the staff walked out of dinner. No staff in the dining room, no glasses or cups available and when they were they were filthy, basic amenities were not there as they were constantly short staffed. Needed tokens to get a cup of glass. We stayed last year hoped it was a 1 off but it's getting worse. When we arrived they didn't have our booking, 2nd time in a row this has happened. It gets you nervous and makes you feel like it's our mistake the booking is not on their system. Never received fresh towels after rooms cleaned had to keep going to reception to request.
