Tasty food, calm place, activities for kids and evening shows.

Long and late check ins as rooms were not ready. Place far from shops no beach in the location juct rocky cliffs. All inclusive coctais are worst i ever tasted compared to Italy Turkey Poland Greece hotels - all similar taste mixed with something too sweet you cant even taste the difference from one coctail to another.

Es un hotel para extranjeros, con horarios de comidas adaptadas para ellos. A las 21 y a las 15 cerraban el restaurante . Luego en el buffet no funcionaba bien los zumos y la calidad de los productos no eran demasiado buenos. Parecía que estaba en un crucero. Un hotel para no repetir

El día que nos fuimos y el nuevo alojamiento al que nos fuimos que SI mereció la pena no como este , recomiendo hoteles Cala Viña .

Porfavor leer la imagen que adjunto , es una hoja de reclamaciones que tuvimos que presentar al darnos bebidas con cloro y vasos sucios y a causa de eso pasamos todas las vacaciones con vomitos y diarreas .Nos dieron un folio como hoja de reclamaciones y tuvimos que llamar a la policía perdiendo 1 día del viaje aparte de pasarlo fatal con el malestar que nos provocaron . La tele y los animadores solo hablan en inglés y francés no quieren españoles en ese hotel ( dicho por la directora ) y no lo avisan en ningún lado , con los españoles trato pésimo . Un animador francés si se esforzó y fue muy bueno con nosotros y un cocinero . Las actividades del todo incluido hay que pagarlas te cobran 2 euros por una hojita de bingo y 1 euro por cada bolígrafo ni te lo dan ni te lo prestan . Horrible , no lo recomiendo nada y ya tengo presentada la hoja de reclamaciones a consumo por salud y el acta policial que hizo la policía por no tener hojas de reclamaciones y no solucionarnos el problema . Gracias a la policía nos cambiaron de hotel a el Cala viña y el Cala viña todo de 10 si lo recomiendo mucho .
