"Globales Maioris"

Cleanliness of hotel. The rooms were comfortable.

The signal to the TV wasn't great probably due to it's location surrounded by tall trees. There was a large bar room which was kept locked during the day which was disappointing as this limited a place to sit and relax indoors when the weather was bad. The restaurant was not user friendly for those suffering from allergens. It would have been helpful if the dishes on display had their ingredients labelled rather than having to try and find someone to identify which dishes had particular allergens.

Bella struttura, ottimo personale, ricca scelta per tutti i pasti.

Il meccanismo di chiusura delle porte delle camere le rende molto rumorose soprattutto la notte quando gli ospiti entrano/escono dalla stanza.

El personal súper atento y muy amables nos hicieron la estancia muy amena. Muy recomendables.

La habitación el día que entramos no estaba limpia, sí que es verdad que lo hablamos y se limpió enseguida y también decir que éramos dos parejas y la otra habitación sí que estaba limpia. Habra sido algo puntual.

"Séjour exceptionnel à tous les niveaux"

Tout d'abord l'extrême gentillesse du personnel : l'accueil; les animateurs, le personnel de service...Des sourires et bienveillance. Un tag spécial sur les animateurs : Léna, Maya, Lucie, Ari, Louison, Sammy, ...désolée si j'en oublie un!!! qui assurent vraiment pour un séjour inoubliable. l'arrêt de bus est à qq mètres pour se déplacer vers Palma et les criques (cala Pi et Calla Blava) La chambre est conforme à la photo, le buffet énorme (pour ceux qui disent que ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles désolée oui il n'y a ni cavar, ni langouste rooooooo : restez en France et payez 500 euros la nuit !)
