Good food, nice personel, room service was good. Perfect place for people to rest without rushing children. Hotel is near by many restaurants , pubs.

Sometimes mosquitos were so irritating. Information about repellent device for mosquitos could be more visible at reception.

Siisti hotelli Benalmadenan venesataman vieressä ja helpot kulku-kävely-yhteydet sekä Torremolinoksen että Benalmadenan suuntaan. Meillä oli kattohuoneisto missä oli oma terassi ja huone oli mukavan tilava.

Ilmastointi ei ollut päällä vielä huhtikuun toisella viikolla ja kattohuoneisto oli tukalan lämmin yöllä.

The staff are lovely, the rooms are very clean and the mattresses are really comfy.

Just returned home and we had a great time . Staff very attentive,and friendly, hotel was clean,room was lovely and clean, Food was good and plenty to choose from, our first time in Benalmádena and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this hotel ,you won’t be disappointed

There was nothing negative about the property

We’ve just returned from our third stay at the hotel and, while it’s still a lovely place, we felt it had lost a little of its sparkle and attention to detail this time, and overall the experience was slightly less attentive than we’ve come to expect. We know the hotel was busy, but the VIP scheme does advertise a number of added extras, and we didn’t really experience any of these during our stay, including the welcome gift. It’s not a major issue in itself, but it does contribute to whether you feel recognised as a returning guest. There were also a few smaller things which, on their own, aren’t huge, but together it all made a difference when compared to previous visits. At breakfast, plates weren’t always cleared very quickly, and when we arrived there was no offer of help with our luggage while we were waiting for the room to be ready. These are the kind of small touches that had really set the hotel apart for us on previous visits. We also found the communication around late checkout a bit frustrating. We had written confirmation that we could keep the room until at least 12pm, but when we asked about staying slightly later, we were given different answers by different staff. We were told to check again on Friday morning, only to then be told we should have asked earlier in the week, which felt a bit inconsistent. The room itself was comfortable but a little tired in places. Housekeeping also felt somewhat rushed — room often was often cleaned while we were at breakfast, which seemed to lead to things being missed (toilet roll not topped up, bins not emptied, cleaning cloths left behind). Staff were also quite noticeable and at times noisy in the mornings when starting their shifts, which did affect the overall feel. That said, it is still a really nice hotel and somewhere we enjoy returning to. It just didn’t feel quite as polished this time. For a holiday that isn’t cheap, we would have expected a bit more consistency, especially given how good our previous stays have been. We’re back again for 10 days at the end of June, so we’re really hoping this was just down to a busy period, and that the service and the small touches that make the hotel feel special are back in place. It is in the most stunning location and the recent improvements to the pool should make the outside space fabulous.

I’ve been many times to this hotel as it has always been hard to beat. This visit was again very good , but this time I was disappointed with the room 182, the furniture was very tired and chipped and the bathroom was not spotlessly clean when we arrived. Also the pillows were that hard they were impossible to sleep on. The hotel is an ideal location and the food and staff are great.
