Breakfast was good, service in general was good. Reception was not super helpful as we left and asked them to help us call Bangkok but otherwise it was great. Angkor Wat was definitely worth visiting and the hotel arranged a great tuk tuk for us.

Great hotel and just a short TukTuk ride to all attractions. Staff very helpful in booking events, ongoing travel and hotels.

I had a nice night and the staff was friendly. I did not try the spa.

We booked through Wotif on the day we arrived in Siem Reap, after suffocating from our initial Princess Hotel (don't book this place) that was booked for us by our travel agent's agent ( Princess hotel was mouldy, hot aircon air etc, felt like a ghost hotel, apparently closed for 3 years and recently reopened 2-3 months ago). We were shuttled from Princess Hotel by Royal Angkor Resort shuttle van immediately, very friendly driver, were guided to checkin, had welcome drinks while the room was prepared. The kids were tired by then, so they slept well once we went to our room. Very happy team of staff here, made us feel at home during our stay here, well done! Breakfast was good, swimming pool was the kids favourite (6 and 4 year old), apparently the largest swimming pool in Siem Reap, according to Sovathdy who was the manager when we checked in. Kids loved the shower into the pool from the elephant statues. Overall a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. Food was delicious, especially the Cambodian style fried rice 😋 Special thanks to Sovathdy for being so accomodating after our traumatic experience at Princess Hotel. You will go very far in life with your impeccable customer service and efficiency!!

Hi- Although the staff was very pleasant we struggled with issues in our room and every time it required at least two visits to the front desk to get something done. First our safe broke and I couldn't get my money out and finally they had to replace the whole safe but it took forever. Next the AC was impossible to regulate- it would be freezing and not adjust to cool or be stuck at warm temperatures and not cool. After several trips to the desk we had to be moved to another room for the night to sort it out. Finally for two days we had no hot water- they finally fixed it. The room curtains were also stained. I did not see this as a 4.5 star hotel.

Hotel has great spa, sauna, pool facilities. Breakfast was served with variety of food in a beautiful environment. I could definitely stay there again.

A great hotel, stayed over Xmas 2015 and had a lovely time. Nice big pool. Tuk Tuk rides to see temples and into town at night.

Late check in due to cancellation of flight. Hotel was informed that about 5 hours in advanced, but the airport transfer, which is a 7-seater van, hadn't been rearranged properly, while 4 of us have to squeeze into three seats and one of us even have to share the front seat with the staff!

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel . Good food. Excellent spa. Treated as royalty. Highly recommended to any tourist
