Royal Angkor Resort & Spa

Booked flight and hotel package online. Hotel did not get flight details from Expedia. No requirement stated on confirmation email from Expedia. Meant we waited for free shuttle, ended up taking taxi. Hotel staff are very friendly and resort is well maintained. Highly recommended. It's out of town, so great for families, and the pool is fantastic after a day at the temples. The bathroom shower water did not drain, but a call to housekeeping resulted in maintenance coming up immediately and sorting out the problem. Overall a good stay.

Service was excellent. Spa was wonderful. Elegant & spacious room. Beautiful pool area. Would stay here again!

Beautiful pool, good food, great service!

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was excellent, very friendly, courteous & helpful! The inclusive breakfast was great. Our kids loved the pool! We were really impressed with the hotel as a whole. It was our favorite hotel stay in Cambodia. Pink carpet in rooms should be replaced to match the entire bedroom area & to give it a cleaner feel. The shower could use a better cleaning. Other than that, we loved this hotel & would recommend it!

Last minute holiday change and this exceeded my expectation. Staff all so friendly, welcoming and really a highlight of the hotel. It is a bit dated but they make up for it in services/facilities and spa baths in the bathroom. If you can drag yourself from the amazing pool, do the cooking class with them, is a lot of fun.

Had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at the Royal Angkor. The swimming pool is fantastic and a great place to unwind after work or sightseeing. The staff were very attentive and helpful, down to providing a packed breakfast for guests doing the early morning trip to Angkor Wat so missing out on the hotel breakfast. The restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. I recommend this hotel highly.

This hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing, the restaurant is lovely, and the staff will go out of their way to make you feel at home. This hotel has excellent customer service. They will arrange for personnel tours, translators, and cars upon your request. My room was great and my bed was very comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax then the location of this hotel is great as well. If you want to go shopping or hit some restaurants down town, then you can take the free hotel shuttle or pay a few dollars for a “tuk tuk” ride.

No complaints.. Not the best hotel I stayed and a far cry from the worst.. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast buffet had a very wide selection as well as being tasty.. The location was a bit far from downtown but it was only a three dollar tuk tuk drive.. For the price it was more than satisfactory
