Fairbridge Inn Express Pittsfield

This is the dirtiest most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. It is an embarrassment to the hotel industry. It smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a peach pit on the floor in my room. The lobby appeared to be used as a living room for the hotel owner’s family. Do not stay here. I drove 1.5 hours home and 1.5 hours back the following morning for the event I was doing because I was literally afraid of bringing bed-bugs home.

This place should be taken off of Expida. . The outside was rundown . The room smelled like smoke . The room wasn’t clean . Walls had dry patches that hadn’t been painted . I am sure there was more . But I walked out of the room quickly and didn’t return

ADA VIOLATION 🦮🐕‍🦺♿ I am immunocompromised & so is my mother (I am her primary care giver) ❤️🙏 So I always wear a covid mask 😷 in public because if either of us get sick 🤢 we could die 💀 Immediately when I tried to enter the front office to check in (the glass doors where locked 🔒) I sketchy creepy man ♂️ approached me out of nowhere demanding why I was wearing a covid mask 😷 I explained it was MEDICALLY ⚕️ NECESSARY Because both myself and my mother are immunocompromised. If we get sick we could die 💀 He kept telling me how weird, strange & suspicious it was that I was wearing a covid mask & he kept repeating that over and over asking me if I was going to shoot up the place 😭 Adding insult to injury. I always come with a UV black light flashlight & just look at these pictures. How disgusting the room was Hopefully I don't get sick because of how dirty this room was. Keep in mind that both myself as well as my mother are immune compromise ♿😷 Overall, this was a terrible experience. I didn't realize I was going to face medical discrimination over wearing a covid mask 😷 Let alone how dirty and disgusting all the surfaces were including handles, door knobs, switches, microwave & refrigerator You can also see how disgusting the bathroom was as well. This is especially alarming since we are both immunocompromised

Door to lobby was locked. Long minutes before anyone appeared! Large bathroom but no shelves. Toilet runs every so often. Low water pressure. I would not come back nor recommend altho it served my purposes; in and out.

Front desk clerk was rude upon entering got a smoking room so the strong smoke smell wasn't to bad yet the 10+ burn holes in the bed spread was disgusting dirt stains on the lamp shades, floor, walls room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple days worse motel we have ever stayed in people if you can afford something else do not rent these rooms there trash not worth any amount of money definitely not what there asking for

The appearance inside and outside was dark and gloomy. Sheets had stains, covers were dusty.

The property is very rundown. In my room there was black mold in the bathroom, carpets in the room are stained. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and hvac was working. Woman at the desk was cattering with a co-worker when we can in and did not acknowledged us for a long while. On leaving the front desk staff not in duty at 9AM but am older Woman, maybe the the workers grandmother, was colleting room keys.

The pictures of the property were very deceiving. The property was old and run down. We chose not to stay there. I would not recommend at all.
