The room was great, very clean, and everything worked well.

The only thing I didn’t like was the stairways were dirty, but they are also outside stairways, so I do understand that they would be difficult to keep perfectly clean all the time.

Poorly maintained property and rude staff. Room had patched holes in wall,.. not for a family.

Nice managers and family that’s running this place. House cleaning crew not great. In a rush to get the job done without asking if anything is needed. The handyman is incredible. Super helpful, honest, hard working, and incredibly attentive to any issues or question I had.

Very dirty, bathroom walls with stuff splattered on them, stained sheets...I didn't want to touch anything. Smoke smell from downstairs came into our room

The room was decent, but no frills

The staff was basically non-existent. You had to ask for everything, new towels, coffee, room service. The grounds were very dirty and clearly had not been maintained for a long time. Hallways were dirty. A breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast. This is not a good hotel, even for the lower price, compared with other places.

The motel, a building on the property and the surrounding fence are in very poor condition. The lobby is dark and need’s updating.I almost left. The stairs leading to the room were covered in dead insects. The room was actually okay but had a very soiled chair and stained bedding. There were no clean towels provided.

The bathroom in our room looks like someone was murdered in the bathtub. There were stains on the bottom of the tub.
