I was charged 250$ because some ashes were on the night stand i never smoked in the room, room had no smell of smoke just a few ashes and was enough evidence to charge me the 250$ fee I was staying because my father passed away so definitely feels like a cheap shot at making extra money off people iv stayed there plenty of times and never once had this issue will never stay again do not recommend!

Room was clean and spacious

Despite using AC room was HOT. Waking up sweaty is not restful. AC would cycle on and run for 20 minutes or so and then shut off and not come back on for 30-40 minutes. If the room is this uncomfortable in April I can’t imagine what July-Sept must be. We have family in Inwood and plan on visit at least 2X per year. Will not return to this Hampton Inn.

We loved the location and our room was just recently remodeled it was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast for having construction going on was perfect for us. We have no complaints. We will be staying here next year on our way back from the south.

Have stayed here 1 night a month for the last few months, each stay was good. Beds are comfortable and we sleep well here. Renovation is winding down, so breakfast is back. Nice variety of items offered, hot items as well as standard continental fare. Love the smart tv's in the rooms that allow you to sign into your streaming services and sign you out automatically when you leave. Also love the advanced tech to check in remotely and choose your room. Hotel is always clean and has easy access to I-81. Sorry to see prices go up as the reno winds down
