It was ok

The toilet in our room plugged up and I called the front desk to have someone come to take care of it. The front desk brought up a plunger and I had to do it myself. Also, our plans had changed and we checked out after our first night before checkout time and was told since I paid through a third party, booking.com they couldnโ€™t refund me the second night. I chatted with the AI chat which told me to contact the hotel and I called them again and was told the same thing again. So I ended up paying for 2 nights and only staying one.

Despite the renovations, the hotel was very clean. The customer service was excellent and the room was very nice. I loved the added touch of my name on the TV screen. It really made me feel welcome.

It was perfect for our stay, located a hop off 81. The only reason it didnโ€™t get 5 stars across, is that it is under Reno ( which we knew). The construction crew was very low profile and you wouldnโ€™t have known they were there had the lobby not been removed. Friendly staff coming and going. Breakfast was there but probably not your typical at this time. Plenty of other places to eat right by.
