Within walking distance or a short drive to shopping and eating. The price was very reasonable. You had breakfast in another building that was located 4 doors down. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool was empty.

Older property but staff was friendly and room was clean. There were fireworks the night we were there that we were able to watch from our balcony!

Room was ready early, so we could check in before heading to the island. Parking is right outside you room, motel style, which saves you from paying for parking at the ferry. The two ferrys are very close, easy walking distance. WiFi worked well and the breakfast was decent. Room was clean, but old and worn. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, but we were told they were twin queens and were only full. If we had known we would have moved to a queen. Worst aspect of our room was the smell, it had a mildew, damp basement smell. I attempted to air out the room but it didn't help. It wasn't awful, but we should have tried to get a new room.

Price was great.

The first room that we were given was horrible. we wanted a room with a jacuzzi tub, the room was damp and musty and very dirty. we were given a second room that was not as moldy, but still not nice. we were told that if we wanted to cancel the room that it would take 5-7 days to put the 288 back on my card from Expedia. On vacation, we had a budget so we stayed. Breakfast was cereal and bagels at a hotel 4 building away at a different hotel. I will say that the front counter person was very nice.

The bed was hard as a rock should have softer beds

Great location close to ferry services and Mackinaw Crossings. Rooms were NOT soundproof as advertised. Walls were very thin. Breakfast was included but you had to go to a different hotel and it was very crowded. Breakfast choices were very limited continental items.

It was close to the shopping and other things.

I always start with the positives: 1. The room and common areas were clean. 2. The wifi was solid. 3. AC was adequate. 4. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient. This area needs improvement: The shower controls are antiquated, and it's difficult to set the temperature. The bathtub faucets/shower control need to be updated. I would probably stay here again

Very helpful front office staff (thanks Nal!) Loved the indoor pool and hot tub.
