Great Lakes Inn

Needs upgrades. Hot tub was overheated. Not usable. Pool needed cleaning. No safety latch on the room door.

We stayed here last year and are room was on the top floor and our room was good and clean as well as bathroom. This stay we stay on the bottom floor and our room was not clean well and there was mold in our bathroom area.

It is a very outdated hotel with dirty rooms. Faucet was broken in our room. I would not recommend it

This hotel was terrible. I will sleep in my car next time if this is the option. RUN RUN RUN.

Nice rooms,

We were promised a refund for them changing rooms and it was never received. The motel is an older building and can use some remodeling but overall it was a good visit and a great value!

Good location, beds were clean, rooms were as clean as they could be. Everything is in need of fixing/updating. This place looks almost the same as it did when I was here 20 years ago under previous owners. Outlets were loose so we couldn’t charge our phones. Indoor pool and hot tub were open. The heat/ac units in the rooms seemed newer.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Answered any questions I had. When asked about an early check in, they had cleaned and freshened the room so I could access it. Not even a 5 minute drive from downtown, and 10 minutes from Headlands Park. I had reserved a Single Standard room, expected to find one bed, but they had two. I would stay here again.
