The hotel is good. When you enter the front people approach us immediately with a smile. Anu is good with service. All the staff welcome with good smile.

Stayed here for the Grand prix and it did not disappoint. We arrived early hours in the morning and we were able to pay a little extra to check in. Thank you Ali on reception who looked after us. Another shout out to Sanna on the door. What an amazing and polite guy he was. The whole stay was just great and I think the staff were excellent. The hotel is on a main road but you can't hear any noise. Would recommend 👌

near to city center and souq waqif , when you go ask for new rooms better than old rooms , swimming pool is good and staff are very helpful

I had an enjoyable stay at the Grand Regency Hotel. My room was one of the newly renovated ones, spotless and very comfortable. The restaurant has been relocated to a quiet spot on the second floor. If you get a table by the window, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the street lit up at dinner time. The pool was pleasant, not crowded, and perfect for relaxing. Reception staff did their very best to make my stay smooth. I was checked in by Yati and checked out by Yasmin both were lovely, welcoming, and always willing to help. The concierge team took excellent care of my luggage during arrival and departure. Samuel, in particular, was very knowledgeable. He arranged a city tour for me and even helped book a restaurant at Villagio. Another great convenience is the nearby metro station, which connects you to most of Qatar’s iconic places.

Samuel from Concierge was exceptional! Friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to assist. Truly made our experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend his service!
