The food here is on another level. The Chef puts a lot of passion and expertise into every dish, the flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was artful. We arrived at the scheduled check-in time but still had to wait more than an hour before we were given our rooms, even though we booked two weeks in advance. I have never in my life waited this long at a hotel just to be admitted to my room. My whole day was wasted waiting, and the plans I made for my trip were ruined because of the bad service. I am angry, disappointed, and absolutely exhausted.
