"Estuvo bien, Núria fue encantadora. La ubicación es muy buena, pero el hotel estaba muy lleno"

El personal fur muy amable. Quiero destacar sobre todo a Núria fue muy atenta y nos ayudó muchísimo.

La forma de pedir la bebida en el comedor generaba mucha cola. La comida estaba bien, pero para ser un 4 estrellas superior esperaba más. La piscina estaba abarrotada y no todas las personas que estaban en el hotel tenían el mismo nivel de educación.

Хорошее расположение, рядом со станцией железной дороги. Очень приятный номер, просторный и очень чистый. Отдельно хочу отметить великолепный ужин и обед, наверное один из лучших, что мы пробовали в формате full board. Очень вкусно, отдельное спасибо всем поварам, прекрасная работа. Персонал на стойке не самый приятный, несколько раз мы стояли и ждали, пока девочки поболтают друг с другом, чтобы ответить на наши вопросы. Спа есть, но стоит 20 евро с человека за час. В бассейне было много людей, а вечером достаточно шумно в лобби. Однако сам номер и обслуживание великолепные. За свою цену определенно отличный вариант.

Персонал на ресепшн мог бы уделять больше времени гостям, а не болтовне друг с другом, а также было бы здорово, если бы персонал был готов помочь, а не просто говорить дежурные фразы. Если бы не персонал на ресепшн с их непонятными объяснениями, моя оценка была бы 10.

Krásný hotel, čerstvě po rekonstrukci. Nádherný pokoj, všechno nové. Televizi, fen, klimatizace a lednička fungovaly bez chyby. Nádherný výhled na moře. Jídlo rozmanité. Do vlaku, obchodu a moře všude kousek. Velice spokojená :)

Las instalaciones en general,

Falta personal en el bar. Grandes colas para poder tomar un refresco. En la cena retiraron los platos del buffet antes de la hora y no avisaron. La comida es correcta pero mucha gente y muchísimo ruido en el comedor durante la cena. No lo recomendaría para más de 2 noches.
