Realmente fue nefasto, el check in se supone que era a las 14:00, hasta las 15:30 no nos lo hicieron. Colas interminables y muy mal organizado. La atención de las personas de recepción no fue correcta La cena, no tiene descripción, no se puede absorber tantísima gente a la vez, colas, choques entre personas, la comida de muy mala calidad. En cafetería se quejaban de que no te podían servir en mesa, cuando sólo habían 5 mesas ocupadas de 30 en el interior, palabras textuales del señor de la barra "porque estoy solo y no me puedo ocupar de todo", y los dos camareros que habían en la sala?, que se quedaron con la misma cara de asombro que yo. Si les falta personal, contrátenlo

habitación Suite preciosa, las instalaciones todo está nuevo el personal muy atento nos atendieron muy bien, el servicio de limpieza con un trabajo impecable los baños muy limpios, la animación es muy buena las chicas lo hacen genial te ayudan a pasar una estancia a un más entretenida la piscina amplia, la decoración del hotel muy bonita, pasemos una verbena de San Juan muy agradable gracias sin duda volveremos

"100% VUELVO EN JULIO"

Un 10 en general, ya eramos clientes del anterior hotel y la verdad que necesitaba una reforma general completa. Han tenido mucho gusto en la reforma,la suite que es la que nos toco perfectisima y bella, estuvimos con mis dos chihuahuas para a verbena y muy comodo y acogedor. Todo el hotel un 10 y las recepcionista la atencion a sido insuperable muy profesionales y simpaticas. El julio vuelvo a ir con ustedes.😜

El unico fallo que la ducha de la suit se escapa el agua por el suelo y deja el suelo del baño inundado.

El personal muy agradable, el desayuno muy completo, la ubicación perfecta con vistas al mar y en la calle principal del pueblo, la habitación muy limpia y espaciosa. Lo recomiendo mucho
