We absolutely enjoyed our time at the Reserve! We stayed at the hotel and the bartenders were amazing! Super friendly, very professional, upbeat and had a great attitude! Charles, Gabe, and Parker did an awesome job! The atmosphere was very pretty, good music, had one tv to watch the Texas game. Really wonderful wine selection and great cocktails! The food was amazing as well! They made great conversation and made us very SO welcome!! Would absolutely visit again when in Dallas!! We are very happy with our experience!

If you’re looking for great service and someone who truly takes care of you, ask for Charlie. From the moment we sat down, he made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. He’s attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and genuinely friendly in a way that doesn’t feel forced. Our drinks were always topped off, food came out exactly as ordered, and Charlie checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows. Highly recommend requesting Charlie — he’s the kind of person who turns a regular meal into a memorable visit.
