The staff were very accomadating, I had maid a booking error, that tjey worked through and fixed for me! Thankyou!

The Bar closing around 10pm even though there were lots of patrons!

The rooms were quiet, no traffic noise which was great. Location is good (depending on what you are visiting Auckland for), but it suited where we needed to get to.

I wasn't aware until I arrived that parking cost $20 per night. There were 3 people booked to stay in our room, and we were only given 2 towel, 2 cups etc. At the restaurant, the main my husband ordered said it came with a side, then the waitress said that was an old menu and that the sides are now an extra cost. The food took nearly an hour to arrive, and it wasn't hot when we got it. On our floor there were plates that someone had put outside their door after getting room service and they sat there in the hallway the whole time we stayed piled up. Looked terrible.

Was close to hospital could walk. Had nice bar and restaurant Our room was very spacious and bed very comfy
