Perfect location for the softball event we attended and close to the expressway making it more convenient to get around.

Construction around the hotel. Took us 15 minutes to get to the hotel a quarter from the diatance to the hotel from the expressway.

The location.

The first room had mold exposure. Rotting in the ceiling and in the bathroom. Of the second room have multiple repairs done in a very poor manner. Wall transitions were falling off. The breakfast was cold and blah. And there were people out at the pool, screaming and yelling that were employees until one in the morning.

The breakfast is pretty decent. It seems clean for the most part as far as hotels goes. Location is great. Theres plenty of places to eat and was pretty close to the fields we were playing at.

The beds are a bit hard and the pull-out bed is terrible. There is literally no padding on them at all. You can feel the springs and its the 2nd time we stayed here the pull-out bed was worse. The room seemed like it was quickly cleaned as there was stuff on the dresser and some stuff on the tv tray.
