"Keep on driving find another hotel"

to start it off this hotel is disgusting. Missing Outlet covers loose toilet clammy feeling carpet, you could hear the elevator going up and down all night. I checked out ending my three day stay two nights early so I can go get another room. They charge me three nights for a pet fee stating that the pet fee was every night not for my whole stay. I called to rectify the situation and the front desk manager was as rude as possible and did not want anything to do with the conversation. This place needs to be shut down. It’s a trap. It looks decent from the highway but inside is a whole different story ‼️‼️‼️PLEASE STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️

Even with all the horrible construction going on it was still easy to find the hotel - parking was difficult and it was raining - but weather conditions can’t be blamed on hotel. We were a late arrival and there was still someone there to greet us and direct us to our room.
