Great views and accommodations. Excellent communication as well, much appreciated!

Was charged a cleaning fee before hand- walked into full trashes & food left in fridge Then they charged an additional fee to my card without notice !!! If I didn’t monitor my accounts, I would have never known. Makes me wonder how many others he has done this too

My 2 daughters and I decided to book this condo(Marvilla #138) for our Mother-Daughter Weekend and we loved it! The condo has been updated, was very clean and super cozy. The balcony with a view to the pool was used in the evening while we enjoyed our Pinot. We will definitely be staying here again!

Took grandkids, 4 pre teens, who loved it. Has three pools and hot tub. Social distancing was easy since pool was large. Kids pool was walk in and only three feet deep. Adult pool is really big, with an island. Lots of lounge chairs. Had 7 people in a 2bedroom unit. Very comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic! The owner of our condo, Randy, is great to deal with and the communication was superb. The condo itself is 5 star. Everything was clean and well taken care of. All the appliances were new and worked great. The property (outer portion of the building) could use a little updating but the pools are nice. It took a couple of visits to the office to check in but that wasn't a big deal because you basically only need a parking pass from them. MY FAMILY AND I WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN! THANKS, RANDY!!

Great communication on how to access all property amenities. Overall very clean with a pleasant and helpful staff. Made us feel at home. Love the convenience of the location with all the tourist attractions so close by. We’ll be back!

Was not able to enjoy the balcony even though great view. The bunk beds were not made up properly. You pay for a cleaning service but you ate expected to throughly clean up before leaving. Makes you ipset about paying the 100 dollars for the cleaning service.

Room had no toilet paper when we arrived. Buildings had many needed repairs

Comfy clean updated beach condo. Close to the fishing pier. Caught some fish. Girls played in the sand. Weather was great in November. Lows to Mid 70s. Great walks on the seawall. Close to the beaches. Condo was updated. Cooked alot in the kitchen. Host was very attentive. Comfy beds. Pet friendly. Nice hot tub. Would recommend!

The property location was great and perfect for our needs.
