Galveston Beach Condos

Our stay at Randy’s 318 condo was excellent as always. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was super comfortable. Randy is accommodating as always by extending our stay for us at the last minute. We will be back again.

Great location, helpful staff and responsive owner. The condo was updated and clean. The building itself is dated with repairs underway for balconies that we weren’t able to use.

We loved that the property was clean and facing the beach. The proximity to nice restaurants is great, yet far enough away that you're not being disturbed by party goers either. The owner Randy emailed us at various points with clear communication about different things. We will definitely be staying here again soon in the future. I have no reservations recommending Randy and this property to your family when visiting Galveston Island.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was clean, accessible, with an ocean view, two pools, hot tub, gym. Fully furnished including 3D tv and movies to watch. Towels, dishes, separate bedroom. All you need bring is your clothes and food. Will definitely be returning because all this at a price rivaling regular hotel stays.

Beautiful spot in a perfect location- outside the crazyness but still convenient to everything. Condo is simple but has everything you might need. My only complaints are the water pressure (it sucks everywhere in Galveston) and the main bed was too soft for my taste- I slept great on the couch though. Beach right across the street is clean and shallow- great for kids or people skittish about sharks :)

I have never been more satisfied with a hotel stay like my fiancé and I were with these condos! I would recommend them to everyone and will most defiantly stay there again if we ever return to the area!

This was the second time I had stayed here, and once again it did not disappoint! Very nice condo, everything you need for a comfortable stay, very clean and spacious, and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay! I’ll be going here again next year!

What can I say. This was a last minute trip for a mini family vacation. I looked and looked but couldn’t seem to find anything and them by chance I came across this condo. Check in was easy. Upon walking into the condo I was shocked by how it was setup. It was way more than I expected. There’s plenty of room. This condo has two full rooms with beds along with a set of bunch beds in the hall and the sectional also converts to two twin beds. It is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. It has two full baths. Towels are under the sink. Now the view! It was AMAZING! The loving and master bedroom both have access to the balcony which over looks the ocean. Just waking up in the morning or just enjoying the view in the evening you definitely won’t be disappointed! The pool is HUGE! It has a kiddie pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. You also have access to the grill in the pool area which was a huge hit for us! There is a $20 fee for parking however it includes your whole stay it is not a daily rate. he condo is minutes away from pleasure pier as well as all of the restaurants and excitement on Seawall Blvd. I definitely recommend this Condo to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay!
