"Exceptional"

Belle piscine couverte avec sa terrasse. Logement spacieux et très bien équipé. Parking gratuit et proche des plages et du centre ville. L'extrême gentillesse de la dame à l'accueil.

"Séjour au Touquet Paris plage"

L'endroit est proche du centre et plage. La résidence est très calme, parking aisé , équipements propres et personnel à l'accueil très sympathique.

Juste une remarque la piscine ferme beaucoup trop tôt pour un horaire d'été.

Une personne de l’accueil très désagréable qui n’a absolument pas écouter ou pris en compte la demande d’annulation urgente. Un mail pour dire que la piscine (une fois la Resa payée) ne sera pas disponible pour cause de nettoyage annuel… c’est pas de chance mais tout cumulé sans avoir de recourt pour annuler la réservation 1 semaine avant : ayant payé 49€ une assurance annulation, ça fait beaucoup et c’est très frustrant. Jamais personne ne l’a rappeler malgres mes demandes et attentes … bravo pierre et vacances 👏👏

Location. Quiet.

Had to make up own beds, and clean room and empty the bins. Trying to contact the hotel to arrange late check in was a nightmare as the reception is closed so often. Alternative contact numbers were no help.

The location is great for town and the indoor pool was a nice bonus

The beds were very hard. We struggled to sleep comfortably on them. My younger daughters slept fine on the sofa bed

The location was easy to access and set in a very pleasant part of Le Touquet. A principal attraction was the pool & sun deck which was clean & tidy. Room bed & seating was comfortable.

Our accommodation was billed as facility for 6 people - it was far too small to accommodate 6. Furniture was tired which detracted from the overall appearance & impact. General impression of the whole property was 'tired'.

"Dirty and uncomfortable"

Pool was nice.

Stained bedding, torn sheets, messy toilet bowl when arrived, very uncomfortable rock hard beds, broken sofabed, not enough cutlery for four let alone six people. Felt very dirty and we were thoroughly disappointed.
