"No frills decent stay, contact before arrival! "

Overall a pleasing stay once we managed to get in. The reception is closed on Sunday, this was not communicated during the booking process and a subsequent email went to my junk inbox meaning we hadn't contacted the hotel prior to us arriving menaning 3 hours of panicking before getting in. The pool was very good and the room was OK for what we needed although many cupboards and curtains are in poor condition and in need of replacement.

Résidence située au calme mais à proximité du centre ville. Tout peu se faire à pied ! Piscine couverte parfaite. Les appartements sont très bien mais ont besoin d'une rénovation (mobilier, cuisine...). Le personnel est très agréable.

Accueil sympa avec personnel tres gentil! Maintenant il faudrait une renovation complète de l'hôtel et du mobilier. Chantier a notre avis en cours car bruit de chantier a l'hôtel. Situation assez bonne.

"3 night couple break "

We were pleased with our apartment , clean and comfortable. Good faciiities , ample parking . Good clear instructions for booking in as reception was closed . Wish we had brought our swimming attire, pool looked really inviting. Will definetly use this property again .

"Lovely accommodation, features and location, staff not so much"

Property was great, swimming pool and tennis court both lovely features Our little apartment was well equipped and appointed Le Touquet and the equestrian centre next door to the accommodation are brilliant.

We couldn't get in when we arrived - we had not been sent details of the locked safe for our keys despite them communicating with about check in via the app. When we complained they said it wasn't their fault and they didn't have our email address which was just rubbish.# The only reason we got in was because someone else arrived to get their keys, who had been informed. It was a very unpleasant beginning to our stay - we had spent an hour trying to contact everyone we could, leaving message, noone responded or got back to us. There is no air-con. It was just about OK but the weather was not that hot, if it had been, the apartment would have been very hot indeed.
