Great location after racing and beautiful property. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic too.

Shower/bathroom not a great size and could do with being modernized to a larger shower rather than a bath in the Rose Cottage.

Spa area was good and we had dinner on the Friday night which was excellent.

Tv didn't work when we got there and when asking at reception first time I was met with an unhelpful response being told 'the tvs are new', 'maintenence aren't here' and 'I've just got back' no solution of help and then unprofessional reaction with other guests giggling about the situation as walking off. Extremely rude and unprofessional
