It’s a suggestion but there was only one bedside table, would have been more helpful with a table both sides of bed

I liked everything. Room was huge, more like a suite. Great location, right next to a lake full of wildlife. Staff very friendly and helpful, meals first-rate.

"Hotel too busy with too few staff members"

Location

Trophy bar restaurant food service was shocking… Ordered 3 courses for kids… After almost an hour we had to cancel as our order wasn’t ready.. They expected us to wait as they wanted to deliver the kids starter main course and ice cream deserts all at the same time…. Unacceptable for a Marriott hotel

"Absolutely perfect"

Beautiful hotel - like a beautiful little castle set in stunning grounds with squirrels jumping about everywhere and a lake full of fish, so beautiful. Staff were absolutely lovely, food and drink fab, rooms so comfortable and large. We were here for an 80th birthday and the staff made it really special for my mum- thank you.

Staff at dinner and breakfast were really friendly. The room was amazing, and it was great we had early check-in.

The receptionist was not very friendly and didn't give us any information about what time breakfast is, where the facilities are, the time the pool opens, WiFi code, etc. There was no welcome book in the room either.
