Zonas comunes, piscina bonita y cuidada

Fue un cúmulo de despropósitos, desde que llegamos los trabajadores se quejaban de que había mucha gente. El camarero del bar se enfadó por pedirle una cerveza, diciéndome “no ves que estoy solo” espérate de muy malas formas y amenazando con irse y dejar el bar solo. Después el bufete de comida, desastre total! Sin comida literal que solo quedaba ensalada y arroz! Tuvimos que quejarnos bastante para que nos devolvieran el dinero… pero básicamente nos quedamos sin comer… Finalmente, cuando íbamos a ir a la habitación nos informan que todavía no estaba preparada, ojo 16;30 de la tarde… lo cual hizo que se retrasara el compromiso para el que habíamos ido a Mijas. Salvo un trabajador de recepción que empatizó con nosotros, e intentó buscar soluciones y se disculpó (era el que menos responsabilidad tenía) el resto fue un trato nefasto. Sin duda no repetiría ni recomendaría el hotel. Su reclamación en consumo por supuesto también está tramitada

La limpieza

Tener el aparcamiento cerrado no fue un acierto por parte del hotel.Para acceder a él bastante complicado y ya para aparcar ni os cuento.Y encima tenían un actúo de graduación allí lo que hizo más complicado el tema de aparcar.

"Necesita mejorar mucho la cocina"

El servicio de cocina . Comida pésima . No había comida . Mal servicio. No se puede pagar 20 euros y tener que estar pidiendo comida . Señores estáis en la costa del sol . Las bandejas vacías, tardaban en reponer .
