It was close to shopping area and easy access to Metro bus to downtown. Staff are friendly

Clean, not quiet at all. Good neighborhood. Somewhat hard access by car. Traffic can be daunting. Simple breakfast. Good shower, loose tiles. Do diligence, bring own disinfects, fans, bug sprays. Cable out for two days, wifi worked well. Was safe no problems

I didn’t not enjoy the elevator bring out of order and the hallways were filthy.

This place isn't where you need to stay even if you're passing through. Property looked horrendous, the inside of the property was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the ONLY place to stay in Houston.

The staff that was working the night shift was very disappointing and intrusive into my personal information. They're usually better than that.

Close to freeway and shopping

There was not hot water to shower and the room we stayed in smells like pee. The girls that checked me I did not know what she was doing. I was not happy with my stay. The room next to use had the tv on loud and I could not sleep. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve had.

They did not have hot water during our stay. The smell was horrible in the hallways but the room was below average. You get what you are paying for.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It smelled like marijuana the entire time. There were also bugs in the room. The entire hotel looked like it had never been cleaned. I wanted to leave and find another hotel. Should be shut down.

This location never answered but they where quick to take my money for absolutely nothing what a disgrace I will push hard for my refund as viral as possible this place never answer the phone and misleading offer shuttle service, but they do not answer false advertisement
