Although this was a great stay, the keycards were constantly failing on us and we had to keep going down to the front office to get them reactivated.

Housekeeping was late, maintenance man was kind of rude, night crew staff, very ignorant and rude

Right on the beach clean but pool needed cleaning house keeping never cleaned our room had to call for clean towels and to have garbage taking out sheets we’re getting dirty from sand in the room and from the beach staff was nice when we seen them

Nice pool, hot tub, and great beach access right down the stairs by the pool.

The bed was super comfortable and the food was good

Great location and property. Marc and his staff are phenomenal not too mention some of the nicest people around. Everything worked perfectly and entire property was clean, especially the room.

I loved the location of the hotel. I felt like it was specifically designed for only those who want to have fun in the Sun and water and we did. Some visible things could make the hotel Pop even more such as new carpet in hallway etc and bathrooms could use some updating. Other than that, it was great for what it was.
