We really liked the location and the view on Lake Tahoe. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was responsive/communicative through text messages.

The room/bathroom decor was a bit dated. The room was big enough to have a full kitchenette, yet it only had a fridge and microwave oven. The walls are paper thin, we could hear conversations in the next-door rooms verbatim. The room rates are on the high side, taking into account that there are no amenities to speak of, other than the view, and the private beach.
