Emplacement idéal, et bel optimisation de l'espace. Accueil efficient et simple. Point noir la propreté ! En arrivant vous avez l'impression que le ménage (sols, sanitaires...) n'a pas été fait depuis qq locations. Ce n'est pas une impression. Dommage.

Nice and clean, great location, but surprised by the €70 fee for my 7# Yorkie. If you like to cook, bring a spatula with you as none was provided.

We had two studios, one for us as a mature couple that overlooked the gardens and my adult daughter had a very nice balcony apartment at the side that was very suited to her needs. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were so pleased with the accommodation and its location that we stayed an additional two nights. Highly recommended as a budget option in the centre of Menton, close to the lovely beach and its bars and the shopping areas with some good places for pizza and a cool beer at reasonable prices. The underground car park at 9 Euros per night was a real bonus as was the lift to the accommodation. Do learn the codes though! Head room 1.83 m for those of you with SUVs and our Range Rover Freelander fitted in well. It also proved a good base to visit Italy being only a ten minute walk from the station.

We loved the whole place.

Check-in is only possible between 17:00 and 19:00, i.e. for only two hours in the late afternoon/evening. During the five days we stayed there, the wi-fi worked either extremely slowly, or not at all. Very strange that the accommodation does not understand that modern people depend on a functioning internet, for important information regarding flights, etc. These circumstances lower the rating, which is a shame, as the property is otherwise in an good location and the rooms are in good condition.
