Eccellente posizione. Consiglio una pulizia un po' più accurata , soprattutto dei letti, e anche delle stoviglie. In ogni caso, ottima alternativa all'hotel.

The location with respect to the city center and my conference venue was excellent. The on site staff wasn't there much, but was helpful and friendly if you managed to catch them.

Everything else was mediocre or worse. There are no beds, but just crappy sofas that convert into crappy beds. The shower has no door or curtain to keep the water inside the shower, just half a glass wall, which is half as much as needed. The arrival procedure is super complicated with codes needed but not provided before-hand. They use some horrible chemical to clean the elevators, and they stank horribly for days. But you are not allowed to use the stairs to go up (even one floor). You need to enter a code three times and use your key to enter your room from the outside. Seems excessive. There is one roll of toilet paper, but no tissue or any other amenities (like coffee or filters for the coffee maker). You have to wrap up all your own garbage and throw it out on the side of the street yourself. So, overall the service is non-existent or worse. They also don't respond to questions sent via the messages or via email, but instead send you a ton of repetitive SPAM. I needed a receipt for reimbursement, and I send dozens of requests in many different ways, but they were all ignored. Because of this silent treatment I felt more like a victim rather than a customer of this place. Based on this horrible customer service experience, I will never stay in any of this company's properties ever again.

super quiet, cheap (for the area) and in the middle of the city, the apartment is little but has everything inside and the balcony was pretty big.

Maybe the dishwasher and fridge were a little old but it really doesn't matter
